Responsibilities

- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour response time
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Collaborate with team on large-scale renovation projects
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience in metropolitan areas
- Valid NYC Master Plumber License (Type 1)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Expert knowledge of water systems, drainage, and pipe materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and physical stamina
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
