Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform emergency plumbing services for water leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed job documentation
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain organized job sites
- Collaborate with project managers on complex installations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina Plumbing License required
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
