Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and perform efficient repairs
- Ensure all work complies with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional presentations
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate complex plumbing projects
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience with verifiable references
- Valid Ohio plumbing license or Journeyman certification
- Proficiency with pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation techniques
- Strong diagnostic abilities for troubleshooting complex plumbing issues
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Excellent physical stamina for confined spaces and lifting 50+ lbs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
