Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues accurately and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems and provide detailed cost estimates.
- Adhere to all local and state plumbing codes and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
