Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors
- Train junior electricians on best practices
- Manage material inventory and project timelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years as licensed Journeyman Electrician
- Valid Minnesota electrical license (required)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent
- Experience with commercial/industrial systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Background check and drug screen required
