Responsibilities
- Install/repair plumbing systems for residential & commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with Michigan plumbing codes
- Manage material inventory and job costing
- Mentor junior plumbers on best practices
- Respond to emergency calls within 2 hours
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Master Plumber license
- Minimum 5 years field experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Advanced knowledge of backflow prevention
- Hydro-jetting and trenchless repair expertise
- Clean driving record with CDL preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- 24/7 emergency availability required
