Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose water leaks, pipe bursts, and drainage issues using advanced tools
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and filtration systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes (NC Plumbing Board certified)
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina Plumbing License required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diverse plumbing systems
- Excellent customer service and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license with clean record
