Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced tools
- Perform water heater, boiler, and fixture installations
- Adhere to Michigan plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Manage service calls and complete detailed work orders
- Mentor junior plumbers when assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Journeyman Plumber license required
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Emergency availability for after-hours calls
- Pass background check and drug screening
