Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with Washington DC plumbing codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers for seamless project execution
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs during on-call rotations
- Maintain inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
