Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with Arizona state electrical codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with construction teams and coordinate project timelines
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Train and mentor junior electricians when required
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local regulations
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
