Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Mentor junior electricians and uphold safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installations
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for emergencies
