Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in compliance with NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing on circuits, transformers, and control systems
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and local regulations
- Maintain detailed service records and prepare progress reports
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies and smart systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency call-outs
