Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise electrical layouts
- Ensure all installations comply with Pennsylvania electrical codes and safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency response teams for critical power outage situations
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to deliver seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman or Master Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Expertise in reading technical blueprints and electrical schematics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under time-sensitive conditions
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team leadership
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
