Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide cost-effective solutions
- Perform emergency plumbing services during evenings and weekends (rotating schedule)
- Ensure all work complies with Virginia plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory, order materials, and maintain service vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed work documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia plumbing license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and water heater installation preferred
