Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts
- Perform water heater installations, sewer line repairs, and fixture replacements
- Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles/tools in optimal condition
- Provide emergency plumbing services during nights/weekends as required
- Maintain detailed service reports and customer communication records
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Customer service focused with professional communication skills
