Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial electrical systems in compliance with California Electrical Codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Perform panel upgrades, circuit installations, and energy-efficient lighting retrofits
- Ensure all work meets OSHA safety standards and local building regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver installations on schedule and within budget
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate progress to clients
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wire pulling, and termination techniques
- Strong knowledge of NEC and California Title 24 energy codes
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
