Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipes, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems for renovations and new constructions
- Perform emergency service calls for burst pipes and leaks within 2-hour response time
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections to prevent future issues
- Provide accurate estimates and transparent billing to customers
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain clean work areas and company vehicle inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proficient with plumbing diagnostic tools and equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
