Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Execute complex residential and commercial plumbing installations, pipe repairs, and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and drainage problems.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to homeowners and businesses, ensuring clear communication and professional conduct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and local building codes to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, time sheets, and job reports using our mobile management systems.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in Indiana.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using modern diagnostic software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
