Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential/commercial clients
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and thermal imaging
- Install and repair water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and transparent pricing
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and emergency response
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles for peak operational readiness
Qualifications
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and backflow prevention
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and operate power tools
- Strong diagnostic skills for water leaks, pipe bursts, and drainage issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays on rotating schedule
