Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide accurate cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency calls and after-hours service rotations
- Maintain inventory and order necessary materials/supplies
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and company standards
- Build client relationships through exceptional service and reliability
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years plumbing experience in metropolitan areas
- Valid NYC Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and permit processes
- Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and heavy lifting
