Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems according to local codes and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the best course of action for plumbing projects.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pressure problems, efficiently and effectively.
- Perform pipefitting, welding, and soldering tasks with precision and high attention to detail.
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients and answering their questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in El Paso, TX.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including pipe threaders, saws, and pressure testers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
