Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with MA plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead emergency response teams for critical plumbing failures
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and techniques
- Manage inventory and procurement of plumbing materials
- Develop client relationships through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Master Plumber license (MA License # required)
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and system design
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe networks
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
