Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform emergency leak repairs and pipe replacements
- Conduct plumbing inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Train apprentices on industry best practices
- Maintain inventory and service logs for assigned vehicles
- Adhere to all Illinois plumbing codes and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficiency with pipefitting tools and diagnostic equipment
