Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems (residential & commercial)
- Install pipes, fixtures, appliances, and water treatment systems
- Lead emergency response for burst pipes, leaks, and sewage backups
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure compliance with Michigan plumbing codes and safety standards
- Train junior plumbers and apprentices
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years as licensed Master Plumber in Michigan
- Valid Michigan Master Plumber license (M-5)
- Backflow certification and gas piping experience
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair methods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
