Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain piping systems for water, gas, and drainage in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan projects.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and transparent quoting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Train and mentor junior plumbing staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Master Plumbing License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
