Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Lead emergency response services for burst pipes and critical failures
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain service quality standards
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for service vehicles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience required
- Valid Texas Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expert knowledge of water conservation systems and green plumbing
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call
