Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose water leaks, pipe bursts, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and ensure compliance with local building codes
- Manage inventory of tools and materials for job efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project reports
- Train apprentices on safe plumbing practices
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour response window
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Master Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair technology
