Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain water heaters, piping, fixtures, and appliances to manufacturer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installations.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local Texas building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and offering maintenance tips.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and emergency call-outs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
Qualifications
- Valid Master or Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, drainage systems, and water pressure management.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
