Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency response teams for urgent pipe bursts and drainage failures
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Mentor junior plumbers and coordinate project schedules
- Manage inventory of plumbing materials and equipment
- Provide detailed reports and documentation for service calls
Qualifications
- New York State Master Plumber license required
- Minimum 5 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in blueprint interpretation and system design
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR/First Aid training

- Valid NYC DOHMH plumbing permit
