Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic repairs on plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drains
- Install new plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls within specified response times
- Prepare detailed work estimates and maintain accurate service records
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with project managers on larger construction plumbing projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Plumbing License (Master Plumber preferred)
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and pipefitting techniques
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for emergencies
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Background check and drug screening required
