Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve urgent leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts (24/7 emergency response)
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead apprentices and supervise project teams on large-scale installations
- Manage client communications, provide detailed estimates, and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and property managers
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Qualifications
- Valid California Master Plumber license (C-36) with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in trenchless pipe repair, water heater installations, and backflow prevention
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for high-pressure scenarios
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
