Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances for water, drainage, and gas.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan installations.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients.
- Keep work areas clean and organized after every job.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required for the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, welding, and pressure testing.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or outdoor conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
