Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) under OSHA guidelines
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and site cleanliness
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise construction alignment

- Document daily progress and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience operating power tools and construction equipment preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with flexible schedule
