Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults in machinery and control panels.
- Install, wire, and test electrical equipment, ensuring full compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute projects accurately.
- Ensure all electrical work meets local safety codes and company safety protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities and report equipment issues to the supervision team.
- Assist in the setup of temporary power for construction or event needs as required.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, meggers).
- Driving: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
