Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical troubleshooting and repairs on commercial and residential systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity.
- Install, maintain, and repair lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal electrical codes (NEC/DC Code).
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and safe for other personnel.
- Respond to emergency calls and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Document all work orders, material usage, and time spent accurately.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
