Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours (8 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and video inspection cameras
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations per code
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory of parts and tools
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Ensure compliance with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and video inspection
- Ability to work independently in emergency situations
- Physical stamina for confined space work and heavy lifting
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
