Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency plumbing services during night hours with rapid response protocols
- Install, maintain, and upgrade water heaters, boilers, and piping systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Conduct thorough system inspections and provide detailed repair reports

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing experience in commercial/residential settings
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-12) required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proven expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, climbing, and confined spaces
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
