Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Perform emergency plumbing services during night shifts (leaks, bursts, backups)
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Comply with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with journeymen and apprentices on large-scale projects
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain client communication logs
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for assigned jobs
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and on-call rotations
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
