Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs (burst pipes, clogs, water heater failures) during overnight hours
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, pumps)
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide accurate repair estimates
- Comply with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with on-call supervisors and emergency response teams
- Maintain service vehicles and plumbing equipment
- Document service reports using digital management systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Plumber license
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Advanced diagnostic skills for complex systems
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Strong customer communication abilities
- Must pass background/drug screening
- Own basic plumbing tools (company provides specialized equipment)
