Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair water leaks, pipe bursts, clogs, and fixture failures
- Install/replace water heaters, sump pumps, and sewer lines
- Perform preventative maintenance for commercial plumbing systems
- Complete service reports with digital documentation tools
- Maintain inventory in service vehicles
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local plumbing codes
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio plumbing license required
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Emergency response experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to handle tools/materials in confined spaces
- Basic digital literacy for reporting systems
