Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe leaks, blockages, and fixture issues.
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems for water, gas, and drainage.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during late-night hours.
- Manage inventory and order necessary parts for repairs.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License (New York State).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedules (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
