Responsibilities
- Installation & Repair: Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently during night hours.
- Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of existing systems to identify potential leaks, blockages, or safety hazards.
- Compliance: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure all work complies with California regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance requirements clearly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid California Journeyman Plumber license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair issues under time constraints.
- Transport: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physical: Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
