Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Assist in setting up/breaking down temporary structures
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
