Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup operations
- Safely operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Maricopa County
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
