Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow OSHA protocols
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and carrying
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varied weather
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to learn safety procedures and construction basics
