Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site prep
- Operate basic power tools (saws, drills, sanders) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety standards
- Load/un construction materials and debris
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist in demolition and excavation tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- No experience necessary - training provided
