Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, etc.)
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members on task completion
- Report equipment malfunctions and hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check
