Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and light equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and project managers
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying materials
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols preferred
- Valid driver's license a plus (not required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Phoenix metro area
