Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform demolition, excavation, and earthwork tasks following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Contribute to sustainable construction practices including material recycling
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Availability for early morning shifts (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
