Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication throughout projects
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for job completion
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial electrical systems
- Familiarity with NEC codes and local El Paso regulations
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within El Paso County
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
